Integrate Affiliate Live Feed into site

I got burned with an old partner for a full commerce store we were building. I now have rights to the design and name and I just want to get the site up without any maintenance. So I signed up with an affiliate account at All posters.com
I need someone who can take a folder of all the design files and pages and integrate AllPosters live product catalog feed. I want users to be able to browse and search all products as if they were on my site. Then when they click buy they get sent to All Posters Checkout site.

We now allow our affiliates to generate their own datafeeds; a datafeed is a data file that provides the raw data for our products/categories. With a database-driven website, you can use a datafeed to easily integrate our products onto your website. You can build your own datafeeds by:
1. Login to the affiliates area here: http://affiliates.allposters.com/affiliatesNET/affiliates/LINK_main.aspx?landing=LINK&sub=datafeedgenerator&nav=Basic&Type=Datafeedgenerator
2. Choose the type of datafeed you would like
The feed can be in these formats: CSV, TEXT, or XML
The winning freelancer should be able to take my files this affiliate programs info and turn it into a hands free affiliate site. This includes revamping old html into clean CSS format. I would also like turn this into a community with message board, and industry related article feeds to keep drawing customers back. Including the development of the database to meet the needs of All Posters. Thanks.
