Membership Pay site - Profiles

IF I MESSAGE YOU, YOU MUST REPLY DURING YOUR HOURS OF WORK.(The project will be canceled(Reported Failed) if you ignore me for more than 2 hours) **PROJECT COMPLETED IN 2 DAYS **MUST UNDERSTAND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE **DON'T BID IF YOU CANNOT DO IT WITH IN 2 DAYS(NO EXCUSES!!) Goal: Looking to have a web site developed with the following functions: 1. (Free account)Profile section for women to upload Pictures, text and videos. 2. (Paying account)membership set up for users to sign up and pay monthly to view the woman's profile pictures, Videos and text content. 3. Simple Voting script for paying users to vote once per month for their favorite girl. 4. Monthly member payments will be processed through Paypal. It is a basic site where the women register for free and populate their profiles with Pictures, videos and text content on the back end. On the front end of the site, the visitors will sign up for a monthly membership. When paid, they can view ALL the women's profiles and vote for their favorite woman each month. There will be NO communication between the front end users(paying members) and the back end profile users(women). This is NOT a social website. It is a basic membership pay site for viewing the women's content. I do not care of you use a pre built open source frame work such as Joomla, Drupal etc.. for developing this site. I am a developer myself but do not have the free time to do this. I know it can be done in a very short amount of time. I'll be providing the PSD layout for you to slice and code as well. No graphic design is needed on you end. Thank you, James
