Hello, I've been getting a lot of forum work done on my site lately, and I have a couple things left over. I would like to change thee way users are notified if a thread they previously viewed contains new posts, as of now it shows a small red arrow next to the threads/posts, which is very ugly. I'd like some functionality similar to facepunch studios forum (forums.facepunchstudios.com) .. this is how they do it: To show how many new posts is on a PREVIOUSLY VIEWED/OPENED thread: http://img293.imageshack.us/img293/8582/newpostgj1.png When looking at the thread itself.. to see which posts are new.. instead of just those silly red arrows: http://img356.imageshack.us/img356/5954/newpostinthreadzq0.png I am hoping that this can be installed as a product or something, or at least in a way that I can upgrade my forums to newer versions of vbulletin painlessly. I also have amember subscription software integrated into the forum, so please let me know if you know how to update/use this software, as it is in need of an update. I'd like to integrate some of my most recent forum posts on the front page of my site, which is just a wordpress blog. Please let me know if you have experience using wordpress, as I could use you for that as well. I am working on just making my forums better overall, so if you have any other cool ideas please feel free to talk to me about them in the PMB. I will tell you my website URL in the PM. Thank you! |

Also, you don't need to know how to use wordpress/amember ..
at minimum I'd like the vbulletin work done, so bid regardless.
