THIS JOB REQUIRES AN ECOMMERCE EXPERT. PHP SHOPPING CART SCRIPT INSTALLATION.

This website is complete on the most part. It is for a Computing Company. The company provides Systems, Web Design and Consultancy in London and the UK.
First major task-

The most major task here is the completion of the shopping cart for the Systems Section. This must be functional and ready for me to immediately add items, with CMS so I can assign an external admin to manage stock of items. Ideally I want payment options of Google Checkout, Paypal, Moneybookers, Purchase Order (Where business customers pay by bank transfer). (I will in future have an interface made between accounting system and website for live stock update) I will need to able to link to items in the cart directly from Ebay, so they will need static URL's.
Second Major Task

Further to this I need a bit of Graphic work done.
First, I need a Logo of the company based very loosely on

Second I need a favicon version of this.
Last Major Task

I will also need SEO done on this site for Google Campaign. This can be outsourced to an SEO expert if needed, no problem.
Future Tasks

I have an reseller account with a hosting provider. I need the reseller features implemented into the Web Design section of my website, so that users can buy Domain Names and Web Space through my website.

Time for Completion Max 5 days, somebody who is good at shopping cart script installation can have it done in a day I am sure.
MUST BE LAUNCHED IN TWO WEEKS !! DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN DO IT !!!

I own 4 companies, one of which is an IT company. My companies are expanding so I will have lots of work on the maintenance of these sites, and outsource work from my IT firm as I am unlikely to have the time to fulfil any more programming requests.
I am a PHP (and some .NET) developer, so I know the issues you may come across during the work, and have knowledge of delegating tasks, so If any component of the job is an issue I can help...
I need to find skilled, honest, hardworking providers who can build long term outsourcing relationship. I am happy to work with anyone anywhere, but we must be able to communicate.
I can pay any way needed, but not before seeing what I am paying for. After the first few work, this wont be needed...
Unfortunately your work will not get you any linkbacks to your own site or anything like that. As a subcontractor of GC, we own the work and it is our product, our copyright, our intellectual property. Good Service providers may negotiate a link on the GC Site Only, not on sites produced by GC
