convert date file to ebay listings

Project Description:
I have a Microsoft Access File of about 2000 items they have they have the brand model leave 1 category title and description I also have an excel file with all Price and weightI need some one that can create ebay listings (either by Turbo Lister or auctiva) for all 2000 items
I will provide the HTML tamplet to be used, the ebay categories number are mot in the data file so please include in your bid if you are willing to add the correct ebay category and store category for each item
