Full project specs are in the word document attached. Please read through before bidding. Brief description of the project is... I have a new psd design of the website which I have linked the PNG to in the word document attached so you can see what it looks like. I need that changed over on my website. The majority of things are actually already in my code and it's simply changing the look on the home page, but there are some things that need to be coded into my admin panel. I go deep into this breaking down each piece of the new design so there are no questions and no surprises.
NOTE- There is a part 2 to this project. You are not bidding on part 2, but I'm hoping whoever I work with will be a success to work with on a continued basis for future projects. part 2 is an immediate need and very similar to this.
