Payment Gateway development and Integration into existing, MVC PHP Auction site The required payment flow must be Consumer (user1) -> Business (Website) -> Consumer (user 2). Through my auction site, the payment made by the Consumer (User 1) will be transferred to the Business (Website Account) and held in escrow until the product is received by user 1. The payment from the Business (website) will then be made to User 2 upon confirmation from user 1. the payment system will need to automatically calculate a commission on the incoming payment and transfer those funds to the websites sub account. The payment system will then need to automatically queue the payment to the user selling the goods (user 2 in this example) after a confirmation has been received from the other party that the item is in good order. I would prefer to automate as much of this process as possible. Payments may potentially be large in nature and therefore the preference is to seek a payment gateway that can handle (1) bank transfers AND (2) credit cards. -Refund solution is required -system for capturing and storing the data is required Please note that this payment gateway will be operating in the Middle East, primarily Qatar. Experience operating in this market will be beneficial but not essential.
