Open Graph – Background Information
If you create a channel / profile on Pulse Radio (a CakePHP site), then all your facebook friends should see that you’ve signed up.
An example code can be seen on the server but it’s not working properly
Some opengraph work has already been done but it’s not working
Open Graph Requirements
Open graph should be setup so that If you listen to a song on Pulse Radio, then the action will appear in the facebook timeline. The following actions should result in timeline posts for users signed in with the Pulse Radio facebook app.
- Playing an mp3
- Favouriting an article, mixtape or channel
- Following a channel
- Uploading a mixtape
- Buying a ticket
- Becoming a member
Since there are many developers working on this site, you will need to liase with me before applying any updates. So a changelog will be required outlining the code changes to the site – prior to implementation.
