We need a module for PHPfox to give freelance job posting and bidding options to the community.
He have two user groups clients and professionals.
Administrators can make job categories and budget range. Also can set the fee that web site keeps form every job, in percent mode (e.i. 10%)
Clients select job category and budget range write a description and upload files to post a job.
Professional view jobs clients had post, set a fee and period he needs for completing the job, and write a message to the client to make a bidding for the job.
Client reads all bidding and choose the professional that meets the job requirements. Selected professional and client can sent messages each other and upload files. After job finish client pays professional through system and web site keeps the fee was set from administrators. Paypal gateway is OK.
An automatic invoice has to be created from the web site to the client. An automatic invoice has to be created, from the professional to the web site.
