I would like to get a social media monitoring script which should be able to monitor multiple Twitter, FB, Linkedin, Google Analytics, G+ etc and scalable to add more social channels in future. It should have a built in Analytics Features which have a capability to create custom dashboard and the same should be exported via xml, csv and others. It must have an in built account management for clients and payment handlers. I would like you to refer HootSuite for the exact definition. I would like recommend that it should be scalable and robust. This project would require further updates and enhancements, the winning bidder can get our future contracts. Thanks Oliver
