Project Description:
My web is www.solik.com. There is a product return form called "RMA REQUEST FORM" on the menu "RMA INFOMATION". That does not work well.
I want to create another one like http://daiwa.net/rma using PHP. The template I am using now is here http://zen4me.com/product-category/free-zencart-templates.They do not provide info about to add more form page on their template. But I think the RMA form is much similar with the register form.
