Automated email signature script

Project Description:

I want to set up a service for our clients where they can be presented with a website form where they fill in the details for either an individual, or an entire teams custom email signatures.
The form would have options for standard fields like name, title, contact details, social media icon links, standard clause, logo...
There may also be approx 3 standard layout options to pick from.
What would happen is that when the details are entered and the form submitted, an email would be sent to the user included in a zip folder:
1. individual html files for each signature (each file named with staff member)
2. The image files would be stored on our hosted server in a standard folder i.e. the script would shift the logo's etc to our server and all html files would reference the images from our server.
3. It would be ideal if during the form setup, the user could indicate which standard email program they were using, and the zip folder could also contain an executable file to automatically install the signature for each user.

There will also need to be a payment function to order signatures (i.e. cost per signature)

Could you please give me an indication of a total price but also in a message break out the cost of adding the executable installation option, and also separately the payment option.
