Project Description:
I am an attorney and would like to mass direct mail with recent arrestees in Chattanooga. The information can be found on the following website . It is updated daily. If you open up any day you will see a table of information. However, when trying to copy + paste or import directly into MS Word, Access, Publisher, or Excel the table's cells are different (i.e. It splits the address into two different cells and all the offenses in different cells. I am looking for a application or excel macro where I click a button, it imports the table from whatever dates I choose, and then it would allow me to insert the information easily into a mail merge program (MS Word or Publisher).

In addition, I need to separate the full name column into first and last name columns. The mailing address also do not include the state for some reason; if it could be cross-referenced with the USPS database or Google Maps. This process should be entirely automated.
