Bulk SMS with USSD took

It is a bit complicated if you need it automated. But, using AT-Command Set method where we do the SMS Sending, retrieving USSD command and set the response done over Serial COM Port, this would be do-able. I need more details. You will use GPRS modems to send SMS and receive USSD? Or you will use a SMS Center and SIP or H.323 protocols under TCP/IP? The program can be written in JAVA? You will enter number by number manually or the program will read a file or database for a lot of numbers? How you desire your interface? I have a program, written in java, that send and receive SMSs from a numbers list in a oracle database. A lot of informations is present in the database for each number, like the message, the minimal timestamp to send, the maximum timestamp to send, etc.. The program uses a bulk of gsm modems to send and receive the SMSs. It is used for digital marketing.
