We are looking to hire a person or a team of people to complete a CRM project similar to Zendesk.
Upon the completion of the project, the end product will be used by our respective clients to improve their customer support.
The chosen developer is expected to have extensive experience in implementing CRM solutions and building websites.
The requirements include complete replication of the zendesk website and their CRM system solution.
The CRM solution is a 'ticket' based system that covers the following services
1. email integration
2. web forum hosting
3. agent edit
4. knowledge base construction
5. feedback tab addition
6. chatting service addition
7. voice service addition
8. social network account (twitter, facebook, etc.) integration
A prospective developer may notice that the above listed functions are not all, and we would like to have all the features of the zendesk CRM solution replicated as the outcome of this project.
We would like to ask prospective developers to put their bids after completely analyzing and understanding the project.
If any charge should occur for the analysis and understanding, we are willing to pay the charge.
