Project Description:
We need crm software that will enable our call center agents to input customer information, that will then be populated into a sales script. There will be a few pieces of information entered on the form in the sales stage, and then submitted to populate a verification form. Once verification is completed and submitted, info will populate a MySQL database with all of customer info.
All fields are to be information specific, and user acounts should all have restricted capabilities.
