1- Call Center features: IVR, CTI, Predictive dialer, recorder, email, chat, and social media networks “Facebook, Twitter & YouTube”.
2- Elegant Agent GUI: Multichannel user-friendly agent application, with an embedded softphone for inbound, outbound or blending calls.
3- Monitoring: Wallboard with live metrics enables agents and supervisor to overview the contact center status in real time with an intuitive dashboard view.
4- Reporting: Produces detailed agent interaction reports, breaks down business processes, interaction types and handling times in different & customized format.
5- Admin Control: A management utility that enable admin to easily manage and modify the call center structure, flow and workforce to meet clients business needs.
6- VIOP/ SIP Integration: Ability to configure/ Use VIOP providers service such as DID/ Toll Free numbers with call center software.
