Hello

I am interested in web scraping tool to extract statistics from airbnb.com concerning room and apartment occupancy per neighborhood in Barcelona.
Today I manually check every apartment and build Excel table with columns like Address, number of rooms, neighborhood, and occupancy rate per month (By looking at the availability calendar)

I would like a tool that would automatically scan the website and generate a table with this info

I would also like to use this tool with other websites such as booking.com, hotels.com, etc......
