Need someone to build an e-commerce site that sells Jewelry. I would prefer using oscommerce for this project but would consider other open source platforms. In addition, I need Easy Populate setup for bulk uploading of items. I have about 1500 items which need to be bulk uploaded and would like the first one to be done by the developer selected for this project. I will provide all the information required. All items will have various attributes to it ??" ie. size, type of metal, length. In addition each item will have multiple image views in addition to a main image view. The user should be able to select a hyperlink and have the additional images displayed in a separate window. I will be responsible for providing all the necessary data and images. I am open as to the overall design of the site. I would like to go with something that is appropriate for the Jewelry industry and shows a little creativity. Using an existing template may be an option. One website that I like is www.jewelrydiscount.net. It looks like it is using oscommerce and should be easy enough to duplicate. There will only be about 10 categories with a few subcategories under each. All the payment gateways need to be setup properly and securely. I was going to do everything myself but I do not have time available. This site needs to up and running fairly quickly as the holiday season is just around the corner.
