Project Description:
1. Our drivers have a printed runsheet which they recieve every morning, the driver does the run and manually records the items against the customer names.
2. At the end of the week i read the run sheets and enter the items against the customer in excel for billing at the end of the month.
3. At the end of the month I have the completed the excel speedsheet with data compliled form step 2. I then manully enter all invoices into MYOB 2012 Account Right. I would like someone to build a solution so I only have to enter and check the data once.
MYOB has a manual MYOB import feature or i am told there are API's for the applications. We are in the process of applying unique card ID's to each customer cards file to simply the process
I would be got if the application/spreedsheet contains the customer specific pricing for the invoice.
