I need someone with flash experience to integrate a oil painting effect. The oil painting effect is running on another site, windows server and will take whatever photo is sent to the site, modify, and then save the photo as site.com/nameofthefilesent
This flash AS3 software will need to save the users uploaded photo, send the photo to the new site, and then retrieve the new photo into the software. All of these needs to occur in milliseconds.
This is an intro bid, need experience flash coder looking for work, have 3 other jobs after this worth $500.
