Overview--The program will need to automatically open a website that is available to the public. Load, parcel and use the data from that website to insert into a different website. It must compare the results of the two and if a predetermined ratio is determined, it must send notification via email/text.
Name--Foreclosure Auctions Property Value Program
Objective—Have a computer program written that will evaluate the values of all real estate properties in the state of Tennessee that are being imminently foreclosed upon by the Shapiro and Kirsch attorneys.
The program will compare the actual bid amount (as posted by the foreclosure attorney online) with an estimated value that is derived from inserting the address into trulia.com (trulia estimate).
If the bid amount is less than a preset ratio when compared to the trulia.com estimated value (i.e. 50% bid price to value), the program will automatically notify me through email and/or text. The program will run automatically several times during the day and also on demand.
Purpose—Locate foreclosure auctions when attorneys are selling properties at a pre-determined discount.
1. State wide search versus Individual County.
2. Set a specific Bid Price to Trulia Estimate ratio that is changeable by me.
3. Set a specific date range.
4. Set a minimum Trulia estimate for showing results.
5. Set program run times and frequency. Also, run on demand.
6. Set notification parameters (PTV, time of day, email address(es), text parameters)
Very Important-Please write “This can be done” on the top of your response if you are for real. If this isn’t at the top of your response, I won’t read it.
This is a general overview.
Once up and running. There will be a need to duplicate the program to run with other attorney’s websites. There will also be a need for future support to adjust the program for changes in the attorneys or trulia websites.
I will require that the source code be provided to me.
