PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Creation of Desktop/mobile application to auto format pdfs, docs (Word), odt (Open Office), and other popular file formats, into appropriately formatted HTML file for quick upload to KDP/Kindle eBook format for publishing.
SOFTWARE USAGE
When someone wants to create a kindle ebook, they have to make sure they have the proper dimensions, sizes, number of pages, sized images, formatted images etc. This software will take the guess work out of the process, and provide some tips throughout the process to streamline and make it more efficient.
This project seeks to automate the process of formatting and offer recommendations to the ebook creator regarding image size, image selection and proper formatting of text and images to a concise format to be published to the KDP/Kindle Store.
The user interface should be easy to use and intuitive, and there should be tool tips and reminders throughout and perhaps some popups to remind the user to resize his images, what size the images should be, spacing, page breaks, etc.
