I nee a simple software that we can enter service call dispatch information, ie: customer name, service address, call back number, and type of services required. Upon entering this info into the software it will push the data to my iPhones in the field. The technician can click accept and then the office sees the call has need accepted. The software will maintain a log of every service call entered and will show a daily, weekly, monthly report of every service call.
The technician must close the service call with a call sheet number assigned that he enters. If he cannot close the service call do to additional parts needed he must click a hold button and be required to enter the reason of the hold. The report feature will show every open, closed and held service call. A daily reminder will pop up and flash for every service call that has not been closed with a call sheet number (including the held tickets)
I do not need this program to do invoicing or estimates only keep track of the information listed above.
The office computer is a windows machine running windows 7 and the service techs are using iPhones. There will be three service techs
The last item the software needs to log is the accepting technician and the time and date service was entered at the shop and hopefully timestamp when the service call has been accepted as well as closed or put on hold

The fields to be entered are: Name, address, phone number, vehicle description, service needed, and appointment time and date, along with some blank fields for additional info. The software should log the time the info was entered then automatically push the info to the Iphones in the field. The technicians can view all the service calls and then click "accept" on the service call he is taking. The software must time stamp when the service call has been accepted and keep it in the log. The field technician cannot alter any information via the phone app. The only way info can be changed is by the originating computer (office manager). The field tech must select hold or close before he can accept another service call. By selecting close he will be prompted for a call sheet number before the service call can be closed, by selecting hold he must enter info as to why the service call is being put on hold (all this must be done before he can accept another service call). The office manager will receive a daily report of every held service call and they will show up in red. She will also need an option to run a daily, weekly and monthly report of every service call entered, every service call put on hold, showing daily totals, weekly totals, and monthly totals. (this must provide an end of day report)
The field tech needs an upload feature on all hold calls so he can send pictures back to the office.
