Overview:
We require an online calculator that allows people to enter in details about their income, and it will work out how much they can earn over a lifetime. The calculator we want is based of this one. (http://www.calcxml.com/do/ins07)
We want to add a feature to this to capture more details about the person using it so that we have the ability to contact them.
Requirements:
Create online calculator with the following;
Capture FireName, LastName, Contact Details (phone and email) before revealing results
Disclaimer stating by clicking Submit you authorise to be contacted.
Display graphs with results on results page
