Hi freelancers
I want you to design two forms on PHP using MySql as database. All the fields in the form should be mandatory and constrains must be placed on each field, the coding of form should be free from any errors and the form should be compatible on all the browsers. Any wrong entry into the database should not be entered anyhow that is you have to put constrains in such a way that only correct format should entered in the database. After the coding and designing of the form has been done you have to provide us a prototype we will check it for errors and after checking has been done you will be paid.
Note: Payment will be done via freelancer only.
