Secured back office solution for staff. This login feature needs to be added on an existing website.
The goal is to be able to register and send out mails and reminder emails.
This needs to be done from a database you can add in the 'secured back office solution' and once the mail addresses have been added a survey or questionaire needs to be sent to all mail recepients that have been added. If they do not reply on time a reminder email needs to be generated automatically. The parameters will be defined during the project. All mail recepients have only one chance to fill it out.
Once it has been filled out the outcome of the questionnaire needs to be uploaded in the secured back office solution in order to generate a report.
the surveys needs to be manageable and easy to change.
