Oscommerce Caching Shopping Cart Issue

I have an oscommerce site (**[login to view URL]**) if you go to this and then add an item to the basket, then click on the HOME button you will see that the item appears removed from the Shopping Basket image on the left hand side of the page. But if you refresh the page (F5)it appears in the shopping basket. Please can someone help fix this as it should auto be there and no need a manual refresh. Please be aware that Cache has been amended to false in oscommerce admin. Thanks! Chris
