Project Description:
I need a developer to code two new features on Mantis Bug Tracker.
The requirements are these:
1) I need the bug tracker to accept creating new tickets from emails (i believe there is a plugin for this, so this should be an easy task). For example: the tracker will monitor a specific email address and will automatically convert any received email to a new ticket.
2) I need a function created to automatically escalate tickets to managers after an expected completion date is passed. So i will need a custom date field to store the project deadline. Then i need a feature programmed that if this ticket is not closed by the deadline the ticket is "escalated" to a manager.
Deadline: 5 days since the worker received the dev. server credentials.
If the job is not 100% completed to specifications you agree that there will not be a partial payment made for work done. We pay 100% for complete work and 0% for incomplete work.
