PHP Sharing Site

Project Description:
Hi,

I need a website developing in php/mysql that allows users to post links to their site.

Each time this link is visited they will have to lose 1 'credit' and every they click on another link they earn a 'credit'.

There should be a random site show up based on which category the user is in, ie, twitter, facebook, stumble upon etc. and it should be possible to just 'like' the page without visiting it. After this another random link should show.

Including in this there should be an user area that allows users to view history of their links ie numbers of likes.
