Project Description:
POS Software for photographers.
We are souvenir photographers. We take photos of customers in venues and can provide their photo as a Keyring, Framed Photograph or Fridge Magnet.
All images are uploaded to our website for customers to view and order.
Currently, after taking a photograph, the photographer takes the memory card from the camera, inserts it into a printer and selects the desired size
and prints.
Our equipment is being upgraded to wireless cameras - When a photo is taken it is automatically (instantly) sent to a designated folder on a computer.
The computer will have dual video output (User's screen & large public screen)
The software should have 4 main functions:
1: Displaying images on public screen in grid form (individually numbered for customer reference)
2: Users screen should display images in grid form - each image should have 3 size options - application to print images (Sizes to follow)
3: Keep track of what each photographer has sold (Money taken and stock used)
4: Watermark & Upload all images as they are taken.
All information (takings / stock / location etc.) to be stored/read from on MySQL Database on webserver.
