Project Description:
I need to have a RETS feed created for real estate websites. It needs to be easily customizable to use on different company websites. It needs to be able to import 25 or more fields. It needs to search property, with the following as search fields, property type (expanded depending on type - see attached), price, beds, baths, area, city, by MLS number, keywords, square feet, acres, lot size, zip code. I would like it to be able to have a quick search with just a few of those items, and an advanced search for all of them listed. It should also have an interactive map search, although that can be added later if necessary. Once a person goes into a specific property, they should be able to Request more Info or an Appointment, Save to Favorites, Send to a Friend, View Favorites, View the listing on a map, use a mortgage Calculator, etc. Please see the attached documents. Also, would like clients to be able to sign up to receive new listings automatically. Please see the attached screen shots for samples of what I'm looking for. Thanks!
