Project Description:
I need a bare bones simple RSS reader for one purpose. I want to be the first (or one of the first) person to see new results retrieved from a large list of RSS feeds. The update frequency for most readers wont go below 1 minute. I want to have all my feeds updating every 5 seconds or so without locking up the feed reader. Each time a new feed result is found I want a link to the URL to pop up on my desktop. If there is a picture attached to the result I want that to show up in the pop up.
RSS feed programming experience required.
Must be fluent in English.
