I need a software tool that can allow job applicants to upload resumes/cv's. Then these resumes will be matched against the description of the employers posting the job ad using "keyword profile description matching" intelligence. It will scan each uploaded resume for specific string of words or keywords in the description profile that match job ad description requirements of the job poster. For example, "5 years of experience" "microsoft excel" experience required, "bachelor degree".
Basically, the software will allow job applicants to upload their resume/cv's then the software would scan the resume/cv for description keywords to match the profile for what the employer is looking for. The employer may be looking for specific qualities in the resume, such as "5 years experience" "microsoft excel experience" lives in the "new york city" area.
These would be in the job description posted by the employer and also added by the employer as the "matching profile keywords"
The employer would be able to signup/subscribe to the software, login and review the results for all resumes/cv's uploaded to their account, then download the ones that they are interested in or meet their requirements based on the scoring system mentioned in the first part of the description.
