THE EARLIEST this job will be started is probably 3 March, 2013 and possibly not start until 17 march, 2013.
If you have any questions, ideas, comments please ask them before quoting. There will be a lot of additional work down the road if everything works like it should so when it is started it has to be done properly so the rest of the work goes smooth.
