Setting up website

$30 - $150

Project Description:
I want to setup a website for a Boy Scout troop. I have a list of things I would like to have. Please look through the list and advice me what is possible and what is not. I don't want something that is going to require a lot of maintenance to maintain or be difficult to update. If there aren't straightforward ways to accomplish things I would prefer not to do them.

We have a domain name, but no place to host our site. For this bid you will need to find a place to host the site you create. It is my understanding that Google or others will host non profit groups websites and provide Google apps for free. If you don't want to use Google please let me know.

A single email address that we can use to send out emails to the group. I also want an easy way to add and remove people from the group list. Preferably they can remove themselves with a unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email sent out. Would there be a way to restrict who can send email to the group?

An announcement section on the website.

A calendar on the site that we can easily add and update.

A contact section showing a few names and email addresses.

A files section where we can keep our handbook and newsletters

A links section

A photos session

I like the looks of this site?. <>
