Project Description:
BRIEF:
We have a simple web form in plain HTML on a WordPress blog, which a user can fill out. The data is then passed on using a web service. A URL is sent back which the user is redirected to. Application needs to be written using PHP and SoapClient. Attached is the Web service integration document. We have it on authority that it shouldn’t take more than 3 hours for anyone proficient with those skills.

IT MUST: Send all required data and redirect user to specified URL
IT COULD ALSO: Grab name and email and forward on to an AWeber account (Mailing list), we are willing to pay extra for this.
Looking for someone with prior experience using SOAP and willing to get this job done quickly.
