Project Description:
Project Objectives:
1. Private label an open source soft phone and customize it to suit our needs (we provide the VoIP platform)
2. Create a downloadable installation/configuration file to automate the soft phone registration for the following platforms: Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iPhone (and possibly Blackberry). (Alternate Strategy: Set up SaaS instead of a downloadable installation file. See Zoiper Web Phone as an example: http://www.zoiper.com/webphone/.)
3. The Goal: Provide an ultra-simple sign up process for new customers under which the VoIP account setup, download, installation and configuration of the soft phone are all automated into a single application file that requests only a username, password and email to get started.
