Project Description:
I am after someone or a team of developers to be apart of and create an online billing and support ticketing system like WHMCS and Hostbill.
This would have to include order forms and all features that WHMCS and Hostbill includes, along with SNMP bandwidth monitoring graphs that can store the recorded data within the clients area.
This would have to be secure as clients personal data will be stored within the system.
This would also have to include a licensing system so people can purchase and lease this software on a monthly basis.
