Ok, so I have an idea for a piece of software that I think would be really cool but I need some help to develop it.
What I would like to be able to do:
Scan (QR code or barcode) of a shirt, pants, socks, shoes, etc. and have the software tell me if they match.
What I would do outside of the software:
I would work with someone who knows style to categorize my wardrobe and tell me what matches with what. For example my purple shirt matches with my khaki pants, black pants, and brown pants. It also matches my loafers, Sperry's, and sandals. I would do this for all of my clothes, essentially creating dozens and dozens of scenarios.
The software should be able to allow me to scan a barcode for a shirt, another for a pair of pants, and another for a pair of shoes, and then tell me Yes or No based on the cataloging that I did. Essentially the software should be able to understand the scenario I am putting in and then give me an output based on the catalog of scenarios that I have developed.
I have some ideas of how this would be done but I need some help. I was thinking about maybe a raspberry pi type software that could run on a really small selfcontained device. And then either output to a green or red LED, or have a small display attached to it. I'd love to hear what you think.
