Project Description:
When enquiry is sent from web form (website) to SugarCRM, user have to manually create a new Lead.
We require auto-lead-creation function to be done using workflow plugin like Process Manager Community Edition, ProcessMaker Community Edition, Bonita Opensource, etc to minimize customized coding
Using SugarCRM current version 6.5 Community Edition, there is currently no auto-responder.
We require auto-responder function to be done using workflow plugin like Process Manager Community Edition, ProcessMaker Community Edition, Bonita Opensource, etc to minimize customized coding
Functions Required:-
1 When SugarCRM receive emails from website enquiry form, Leads are automatically created
2 Leads which are subscribing to autoresponder will trigger required action (add to autoresponder list or indication in Lead record)
3 Autoresponder to allow Single or Double Opt-In for new subscribers
4 Autoresponder to allow sequence of emails (with attachment) to be sent automatically

6 Autoresponder to allow auto-subscription to newsletter list
7 To be able to install this customised program using SugarCRM Module Loader
