There are a variety of customisations required for SugarCRM Pro installation. A Dev-Test clone is available for all the development work.
The sales process essentially requires being tweaked to meet my customers needs. A twenty page software functional spec is available to the shortlist candidates. Working with the Xero API (Online financial software) will be required for such things as payment receipts triggering sending an email from Sugarcrm. Integration with an expression engine marketing website will also be part of the functional spec. Experience with SugarCRM specifically, as opposed to core competence with PHP, is essential.
