We are a small property management company that is currently growing fast. We are looking for a simple CRM solution to house and report our account information, task oriented projects, accounting, account management, etc. We need an open source application, and have been leaning heavily toward SugarCRM.
We would need someone to build a program within the SugarCRM open source platform customized to our needs. Looking for basic modules such as the following: Main Account Data, Project Management, Leasing, Inventory, Tasks, Documents, Calendar. All of these modules would obviously have to interact and feed into one another, so any action taken in any module is stored and appears any time anyone is working a specific account. The Data will need to be stored and of course eventually reported on, email ability, alerts, etc. All fields would need to be "edited". We would also need to eventually link to our Quickbooks application.
