Looking for a software developer that can create a program that uses high speed multi-threaded servers to automatically complete thousands of pay per action offers, that are connected to CPA networks, that would transfer funds inside paypal or alert-pay. Without the worry of getting your paypal/alertpay account closed. It will Increases money to almost any amount desired wouldn't require the user's account to be verified and allows for transfers to be made instantly. This program shouldn't require a proxy list.
