PRIME Process Management Group is a specialised group which provides practical solutions to medium/large scale organisations, who face a broad range of business issues. Business Process Mapping is a very important part of BPM solution provided by PRIME PMG.
PRIME PMG’s approach to process mapping is as follows:
• PRIME PMG separate’s the task of interviewing the business representative and mapping the business process across two individuals. As a result, the interview and the process mapping activities happen in parallel.
• PRIME PMG’s modellers use mapping templates, standards, rules and guidelines to produce consistent process maps/models.
• Quality Controls are in place to ensure the process map delivered is an accurate reflection of your business process.
Currently, PRIME PMG is utilising Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets to manage its operations. As the organisation grows and the amount projects in the pipeline increase, the requirement for web portal that will streamline, monitor and control the operations process has become a necessity for PRIME PMG.
This document lists the user requirements specification for the proposed web portal. PRIME PMG plans to roll out the web portal into its operations process in phases. The first phase would be to automate the presently used Operations Excel Spreadsheet.
