Say, there is a URL with a flash file, for example http://www.gstatic.com/translate/sound_player2.swf

We need a solution in PHP or any other solution that will let us do the following on PHP:
we feed the URL to this solution and get the screenshot of the 2nd second of the flash file in return. Processing a non-stop flow of swf files is required.
