I need a freelancer who can modify OSCLASS to my exact specifications: http://osclass.org/
I need OSCLASS modified to support sub-domains, and from the single back panel the capability to manage the sub-domains. I have a large spreadsheet containing sub-domain names and site titles to be supported. Additionally, I need OSCLASS modified to support paid ad categories through a PayPal payment gateway. Posters must be redirected to Paypal, and upon payment their ad will become live. Payments also be manageable from the back panel.
It is very important that the site is scalable, IE that the modifications done to the script follow proper database design principals. A well versed database design expert is needed. Security is also very important. A well completed job may result on ongoing work assignments.
