create point cloud cad file from 3d models files

Hello , i need software that it can create a cad file with point cloud from a 3ds file or a sketchup file or a 3d model file .
I say again that i want the point cloud file to be created from the 3d files . Also i want the software to convert a simple 2s photo jpg to 3d point cloud file . I don't use scanner , i have a lot of ready 3d models files but i need to convert these files to point cloud files . I have a laser 3d crystal engraving machine that accept only point cloud files with extension cad .

we also want a feature that we can type a series of text in a .txt file and point cloud files will be generated.
