I have a small water softening company, 95% service. I currently use ACT 2013 premium (i bought for their mobile features) as my contact management software. I want to be able to drop contacts onto a calendar for my service tech to get and access off his mobile device (ipad or toughbook laptop?), he should be able to pull up addresses and even a gps map program for driving directions. When he is there he should be able to pull up a digital invoice and have it signed by the customer, swipe a credit card, and then a copy emailed to them. On the back end this info should be entered into accounting software (looking at quick books). No more paper and streamlined and efficient. I want it done quickly and as reasonable as possible.
