score system for a wargame

Project Description:
This is a software which help the player to calculate the score of a match.
We have 3 different score system and the software will match the table and make some calculates to have the final score.
The software should work under windows xp/vista/and the last windows versions
shoudl be a file exe which should have a page set up protected by a password in that page the admin will set the kind of score system should be used be the player to record the results of match
should be a first page where the admin set the name and surname of players, the city where they came from, the name of the club and the bonus / malus point
the second page should create a round: (the round can be create automatically using random system or random system with pool or swiss system or swiss system with pool or manually
in this page each line should have the name of the player and his opponent (the name are taken from the first page) in this page the admin insert the attrition point lost buy each player and the software calculate the final score
the third page the software shows the results (result 1st round, 2nd round ecc.)
At the end of the tournament the admin can send the file automatically to a mysql and by email to an address
software can print the results and the other page and can save them
should be a file also for language different
